Hi, I’m Lebohang Avril Phiri, and I’m proud to be stepping into the exciting world of real estate.
While I may be new to the property game, I bring 16 years of solid banking experience with me — and that’s given me an in-depth understanding of the home-buying journey, from financial requirements to client support. My very first sale gave me the confidence boost I didn’t know I needed. It showed me that this industry is full of possibility, and I’m here to chase it.
I joined Our Home because the name spoke to me. It reflects everything I value, integrity, care, and purpose in the way we do business. The leadership, especially from our Principal, has been a powerful source of inspiration. Her drive for excellence challenges me to raise the bar and keep growing every day.
I focus on Johannesburg South — an area I know well, with its vibrant communities and unique property market. Being familiar with the surroundings gives me a strong edge in understanding what clients truly need, whether they’re buying or selling.
My background in customer service taught me how to listen carefully, solve quickly, and deliver with heart. I love working with people, going the extra mile, and seeing the results speak for themselves. I still remember the day I closed three deals — it was a moment that reminded me why I’m here.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to an 18-year-old son who inspires me to push harder, aim higher, and build a future we can both be proud of. I’m also a passionate reader — I love fiction, but I’ve got a soft spot for motivating business books too. And one of the most grounding parts of my life is sharing Bible truths with my neighbours. It keeps me centred and reminds me of the strength I’ve been given to succeed in a field I once saw as daunting.
